Scary Movie 2 - Does it Live Up to the Hype? turn into
After the success of Scary Movie, it was inevitable that there would be a sequel. And despite the film's mediocre critical reception upon launch, it has since become a cult classic and spawned a franchise that has kept the style of horror spoofs alive. And with เว็บดูหนังออนไลน์ being such a giant hit, it's easy to see why Miramax would need to money in with a quickie sequel that they might slap together in a matter of weeks. And that is precisely what they did with Scary Movie 2.

Like so many sequels, the movie does not have enough originality to face on its own. Instead, the writers rely on what they know to work: inane insults, popular culture references and the occasional reference to bodily fluids. The problem is, it is exhausting to make these jokes humorous. It takes more than simply throwing a few insults and references at the display screen, it takes timing, supply and a great deal of intelligence. And in the case of Scary Movie 2, the film lacks in all of those categories.

เว็บดูหนังออนไลน์ follows a group of faculty students who're tricked by their professor into going to a mansion for some paranormal research. But when the home is invaded by spirits, the group should rely on one another to outlive. The film spoofs a number of in style horror motion pictures, together with The Exorcist, Poltergeist and The Blair Witch Project. But it also tries to branch out and tackle some less well-known movies, such as Jan de Pont's 1999 supernatural horror The Haunting and Rupert Wainwright's 1999 supernatural horror Stigmata.

Unlike the primary film, which was a well-written comedy that made lots of clever jokes about teen horror films, Scary Movie 2 is nothing more than a mindless jumble of random gags which may be thrown at the screen in the hopes that some of them will stick. The downside is that a lot of the gags don't, which makes it all too apparent why this film didn't get excessive marks from critics.

The solely purpose this movie even got made was because its predecessor was such a box office smash. But it is essential to remember that simply because one thing is a success in the theater doesn't essentially mean will probably be successful as a sequel. This is a case the place name recognition is the one thing that saves this film from complete and utter obscurity..
