Das WG-Safenet darf nur von Mietern genutzt werden.
Solltest du selbst oder einer deiner Gäste Essen anderer Mieter, ohne Erlaubnis essen oder verderben, musst du dreifach identischen Ersatz leisten.
Besucherzahlen über sechs Personen müssen 5 Stunden vor Ankunft jedem Mieter mitgeteilt werden.
Kopien von Außentürschlüsseln dürfen nur vergeben werden, wenn jeder Mieter zustimmt.
