Please be aware that there are SPAM emails being sent out some of which have the subject "Storenvy Support". These emails are attempting to steal your information so please do not click on the links. Always check the URLs of linked websites and make sure the email is from a reliable source affiliated with Storenvy. Refer to this resource article for more types on how to spot spam emails. UPDATE: Storenvy Fee not Handling Fee.
We've updated the experience by changing the name to "Storenvy Fee" to make sure your and our customers know this fee is paid to Stornevy not our stores. Additionally, we've added an info icon "?" that customers can hover over to learn more about why Storenvy charges this fee. As our email announcement stated, we are launching Storenvy Shopper Fees, and will be testing this out over the next week on various transactions. A final fee amount has not been set yet but we've been testing various amounts. There has been no impact to conversion rates across the entire platform since testing this fee. Testing is important to ensure we optimize the handling fee to have no impact on your, or our business. When a shopper checks out from either the Storenvy marketplace or a custom Storenvy store, Storenvy will add a small fee to the total order. This handling fee is paid for by shoppers. Storenvy adds the nominal handling fee on top of your order total then it is deducted from the order payment transfer.

PayPal for Canada and Australia
Great news! PayPal is now available on Storenvy for stores located in Canada and Australia. It took a little bit of time and hard work but we're super excited to offer our northern and down under friends another great way to accept payments. Visit Settings tab, and Payment Information

Mark Orders as Cancelled!
You can now manually mark your orders as cancelled. This WILL NOT refund the order, but it will allow you to mark your order as cancelled. If you wish to refund you'll still have to do so from your PayPal or Stripe dashboard. You'll see the cancel button on the top of an individual order page.
