Communication is a huge issue. I'd say it's kind of a minefield that we have created .. It begins just a second after we make the first contact with another person and comes to an end with an impressive explosion...
The most common mistake we make is to assume that we are completely aligned in our expectations of each other without trying to figure out what our partner expects from us. One thing we can have in common is that our counterpart does not miss the chance to expand this expectation gap ..... There is no one to tell us about the imminent clash.
There are many causes that can cause communication issues. Individuals with squares are likely to be misinformed by those who are liberal, while individuals who are aggressive will have difficult to align expectations with those of passive people. However, this is not difficult to recognize - we recognize squared from liberal and aggressive from passive.

Humans can be classified into two distinct groups. There are two kinds of humans one of which is the "full circle" kind, who is completely self-contained and completely comfortable being by themselves. Sure, he's required to be with someone, and he's looking for one. Absolutely! All true ... He can still survive without his dream partner. When he has discovered one, he'd like to continue living his life by his side with his - hopefully full circle of a partner.

The other side of humanity is comprised of the "half-a-circle" kinds - (no this isn't full circles that have been damaged during the delivery) (see below) ... Yes they are in need of partners and yes, they need to find a partner very badly, and yes, they are in constant, almost religious, search to find a suitable partner... and yes it's the same for national security to find their partner because they just cannot live without one. They will not let go after they've found their miserable companion. They'll try to live with their victim as if were one of them, and will not let go of the idea of living together. The Halves will not accept any less than gazing at each other from a distance of zero distance. It is impossible for them to be more connected than that.
The decision to let go of someone is a common observation. The whole circle tends to let go quickly of the person they've lost chemistry. The half-circle types, on the other hand, will redefine the definition of 'having mutual chemistry with their companions as 'I'm keeping this B..ST..RD until I am able to replace him with a proper upgrade'.

Imagine the awe-inspiring dance that takes place when two "half-a-circle" and a "full-circle" attempt to make one each other his partner, not being aware of their different geometries. The Half moves two steps ahead and over the comfortable zone of the Full, who considers this unwelcome invasion to his personal zone a little too frightening. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. He pushed the Half out of his comfortable zone . Although the Half assumes that the Full made a mistake, and was kind enough to compensate by taking a second step forward, the Half gets more worried and starts to feel angry. They are unable to explain their pain and have no idea why. They could have saved their lives by being aware that one is Half and one is Full.

There isn't any single conclusion, there are options you could take.
1. Find out who you really are.
2. Find out who your true partner is.
3. Be aware of the difference.
3. Respect the different!
