1. My versatility and expertise spanned multiple domains, including feature development, FIT stabilization, defect resolution, migration planning, and OT execution. This broad skill set allowed me to contribute effectively to different aspects of our projects, ensuring comprehensive coverage and holistic problem-solving. Played a key role in addressing over 60 defects, with more than 25 of them classified as critical.
2. I took on the responsibility of managing the Mexico OT scenario, demonstrating exceptional proficiency in handling critical tasks with a tight turnaround time. As the single point of contact for all OT features in Mexico, I successfully navigated challenges, streamlined processes, and ensured the seamless execution of operations and ensured on time delivery of the feature.
3. In support of our Mexico team, I developed and documented technical artefacts specifically tailored for the migration related features. These comprehensive documents serve as a valuable reference, aiding the team in executing migration tasks with precision and ensuring a smooth transition.
4. I actively engaged in knowledge sharing by providing Technical Knowledge Transfer sessions to my teammates. Through detailed impact analysis and FIT stabilization, I equipped my fellow team members with the insights needed to understand the technical nuances of our projects, fostering a collaborative and informed team environment.
5. Recognizing the need for increased efficiency in defect analysis, I proactively created and documented SP (Stored Procedure) executables. These executables serve as valuable tools, significantly reducing the time required for defect analysis across the organization. This initiative not only streamlined processes but also contributed to the overall efficiency of defect resolution.
Apart from these, I have learnt and worked on my SQL queries, functional knowledge as well as technical knowledge by attending the sessions conducted.
