Omaha Hi allows players to create the best possible five card hand by using four cards from their own deck and five cards from the community. Each hand must contain two personal cards and three community cards. Each player is dealt four cards and a round of betting takes place. There's another round after the flop in which three community card are placed face down on the table. Additional betting rounds follow the turn or river. The winner has the best hand using two personal cards and three community cards. Hi-Lo is a game where the player with the best hand splits the pot.

The Omaha version of poker is played with up to ten players. Each player gets four cards face-down. After four rounds of betting, five community cards are placed face-up on the table. These cards are shared by all players. The player combines any two (of the four) cards from their hand with the community cards to make the best possible poker hand.
