1. Pandu newizzy mulai dari :
- Kumpul di peron 9 ¾
- Menaiki hogwarts express
- Berakhir di blacklake dan memasuki kastil.
Menggunakan plot yg sopan dan menarik. Jangan terlalu kaku.

2. Saat dikastil, sebarkan info mengenai A_H, Seperti :
- Headma, prefek, vice prefek setiap asrama.
- Memberitahu jadwal mata pelajaran
- Format bio yg benar.
- Memberitahu uang saku awal sebesar 50G.
- Apa saja barang keperluan newizzy.
- Memberitahu apa saja rules A_H.

3. Bacakan nyanyian topi sorhat, lalu pindah ke main acc @Asrama_Hogwarts.
( 20 menit )
4. Setelah selesai, panggil setiap prefek/vice prefek yg menjadi perwakilan untuk memandu muridnya membeli peralatan sekolah. Sekaligus memberikan penutup.
Pembagian tugas :
- S01 : memandu setiap divisi sekaligus menjadi penanggung jawab acara.
- S02 : membantu mempersiapkan properti yang dibutuhkan.
- S03 : menjadi MC.
Pembagian : Nomor 1 & 3. Nomor 2 & 4. Bergantian. Dan yg memegang posisi itu pun bergantian.
Misal : SHC sekarang nomor 1 & 3 sooj, nomor 2 & 4 weyna. Minggu selanjutnya nomor 1 & 3 weyna, nomor 2 & 4 sooj.
- S00 : menjaga TL agar newizzy tetap fokus dan tidak ada keributan. Pihak S00 ini pun tidak boleh OOT dari acara SHC. Serta menjadi pihak yg menghubungi orang-orang yg diperlukan. Seperti menanyakan pihak toko yg akan stand by, dan pihak asrama yg akan bersedia menuntun muridnya.
