"Lantai Lima – Departemen Hubungan Sihir Internasional
Departemen Kerjasama Sihir Internasional adalah sebuah divisi dari Kementerian Sihir yang, seperti namanya, mencoba untuk berkomunikasi dengan penyihir dari berbagai negara untuk bekerja sama.
Tugas departemen ini adalah untuk bekerja sama dengan pemerintah sihir negara-negara lain, standar yang ditetapkan untuk perdagangan, membuat peraturan untuk hal-hal seperti ketebalan kuali, menafsirkan hukum sihir internasional, bekerja sama dengan Departemen Permainan dan Olahraga Sihir di Turnamen Triwizard, dan hadir di Konfederasi Penyihir Internasional, Kantor Pusat Inggris.
Ia kembali kedepan Bagian dari departemen ini yaitu :
1. Badan Standar Perdagangan Sihir Internasional
2. Kantor Hukum Sihir Internasional
3.Konfederasi Penyihir Internasional, Bagian Inggris."
