Supplement/Nutrition/Big Pharma/FDA/Carnivore Influencer criticism -

I like how many influencers are making woke content, but there is a dark side of propaganda and side effect ridden products and lifestyle many push. One of the biggest problems with people like @carnivoreaurelius and carnivoreMD2.0....Just like how our liver and organs filter and store toxins, so do animals, which is why we should not consume much of their liver or organs, and focus on consuming non-organ parts of quality animals. Many who follow the carnivore or regular diet with organs , developed vitamin A toxicity from all the liver and organs....as well as heavy metal toxicity, which I helped out, still helping out, with many others are coming forward. so they develop health problems then people that sell and advocate for liver, then @carnivoreaurelius / big pharma try to sell them another product to lower their vitamin a or they end up going into Big Pharma drugs and visits. Need more people to become critical thinkers and logical nutrition skeptics

It’s not even about being naive, they are so gullible and brainwashed by the FDA and vitamins they think we need. I wouldn’t do liver or organs at all, and hundreds of thousands are beginning to finally look at the scientific literature as to why their health is declining even after a teeny tiny bit of liver. Our bodies already have loads of vitamin a stored in our liver and then eating hundreds of percentages of VA within liver with even half ounce to 1 ounce can cause huge damage, especially when levels are topped off/overly stored in the liver. There are actually clinics and doctors that opened up practice to treat people who developed vitamin a toxicity. Lots of scientific literature showing how vitamin a via retinol or carotenoids can cause neurological/mental problems such as depression, heart palpitations, intestinal permeability, and countless others. I will link them at the end.

There is already so much vitamin a one has stored since birth and able to convert from certain carotenoid rich foods, that adding beef liver is just adding more fuel to the fire. Some people feel the immediate negatives but some people may feel a temporary good feeling with liver, then get a cascade of health problems a day or few days later if really saturated with it, or once saturated, then the domino effect occurs in regards to their health. The practitioners/docs below are pioneering for proper and rooted health, and speaking out against the shear amount of propagandized BS that is being mass influenced by the FDA and people advocating for organ consumption or anything high in retinol/vitamin a (fish oil/cod liver oil/etc). They expose some Enlightening stuff, showing how even bill gates has genetically modified certain foods to contain more carotenoids/vitamin a to mess up people’s livers.
As far as organ/supplement consumption, it is multifaceted. But as I became more open minded and continued to research, see the actual trends, and observe my body, I was lucky to find some realistic criticism and reasoning towards it. Many people I know, and myself....we ate organs, especially liver and they definitely helped temporary...but then after a year most of us got vitamin A toxicity and iron overload. Highly recommend sticking to muscle meats as liver and other similar organs cause an influx of certain vitamins to be stored within your own liver/organs where then it begins to shut down slowly, stopping it’s own detox cycle, and causing all sorts of problems. If ya think about it, an animal’s liver is a filtration organ, that filters toxins, heavy metals, and unfortunately also stores it to an extent. There is a reason why we also have kidneys and liver in our body , cuz it filters out all the bad stuff. Eating livers and other potent organs from animals is eating their toxic waste buildup essentially. lots of what these organ supplement companies are selling are causing health problems in the long run, and selling waste products in a sense to you marketed as “healthy”. Plus freeze dried organs encapsulated is unnatural for your organs to process. contamination from aflatoxins and bacteria from factories is rampant within this industry, if not in the organ powder, then it’s the capsule making process as well. in addition, capsules not being able to break down properly due to acting like an antacid.

Mostly a long term vegan would benefit from having some liver temporarily ...because they have been deprived for so long of animal products, but I truly believe muscle meats would still be better and safer. There is already so much vitamin a one has stored in one’s liver if they were raised eating liver or cod liver oil/etc since birth... or even too many carotenoids. adding beef liver is just adding more fuel to the fire. Most Blood tests do not account for vitamin organ saturation. A low vitamin a diet as well as including compatible carbs while increasing tolerance for certain carbs that help detox the liver, helped myself and many others. The following practitioners/docs are pioneering for proper and rooted health, and speaking out against the shear amount of propagandized BS that is being mass influenced by the FDA and influencer people advocating for organ consumption or anything high in retinol/vitamin a (fish oil/cod liver oil/etc). Frank Tufano , using him as an example, is on YouTube .... did many years of carnivore and lots of organ meats....and then got sicker and sicker, now he also follows a low vitamin a diet for the most part.
