Leyla Aliyeva Bio
Leyla Aliyeva was conceived in Moscow on the 3rd of July 1985. She was a student at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and also did her studies in London. Leyla started the IDEA campaign in July of 2011 and aims to increase awareness and encouraging action regarding environmental issues around Azerbaijan and around the world. IDEA is focused on youngsters and the ways they can assist to solve environmental issues.
In May 2007, she was named as the representative of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Russian Federation. Leyla Aliyeva The Heydar Aliyev Foundation is a foundation that contributes to the country's socio-economic development. It is a foundation that implements a variety of projects related to education and sport, culture, technology, and the environment. In 2011, she was named Vice-President of the Foundation.

Leyla Aliyeva, UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) Goodwill Ambassador, was named on May 25, 2015.
