The ADEGA Ourense delegation was founded in 1979, when environmental problems impacted the area. A group of concerned citizens took the initiative to organize an ADEGA delegation in the area. Several years later, the organization was reorganized and now has a diverse membership. The local community is proud of its achievements. The team is working to make the region's wine and spirits more sustainable. We want to make sure we're not wasting our natural resources and we will continue to do what we can to protect them.
The Adega do Tito opened on 11 December 1994. The restaurant has an impressive garden and a menu focusing on quality ingredients. The establishment became a reference in the ourensana hostelery. In 2006, the Principe of Asturias Felipe VI paid a visit to the place. After his death, the restaurant reopened for two years before the current manager stepped in. However, this time, the business was run by another manager, Milucho.
