This evening when the staff came at 7pm they found Hayden sleeping soundly


The staff supports Hayden in taking his medication on time in the evening and provides him with a cup of water to swallow the medicine. The staff supports Hayden with the doctor’s appointments, but he goes with his parents. The staff supports Hayden by following the medical recommendations that the treating physician recommends this evening. The staff comes at seven o’clock. In the evening, Hayden was found sleeping as if he had taken medicine


This evening when the staff came at 7pm they found Hayden asleep and not doing any activity


The staff supports Hayden by helping him take a shower every evening. The staff also helps him change clothes and takes the dirty clothes and puts them in the dirty clothes basket. The staff supports Hayden by preparing dinner, as well as giving him a bottle of soda and a piece of chocolate because he is used to taking that after dinner. The staff supports Hayden. When the staff came this evening at seven in the evening, he tidied his room and cleaned the floor of any clutter and found Hayden sleeping, and his room was clean and free of any clutter.
