Avanos Medical, FDA and FDA and FDA have issued a Class 1 Recall for 629 units CORTRAK*2 Ental Access System. This feeding tube positioning device has been implicated in numerous deaths and injuries.

They're used to assist healthcare professionals place feeding tubes into the stomach or the intestines and bowels of patients.
