Movie fans are excited to get back in the ring for Creed III on March 3 which is one of the most anticipated new films in 2023. Tickets are now on sale in advance for an IMAX first screening Creed III, taking place on Monday, February 27, at various movie theatres across the United States.
The cities are in North America that are hosting these early screenings, including cities in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Las Vegas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Ontario, Pennsylvania, Washington, Illinois, Texas and Virginia. Alongside the movie the screenings are set to feature a live look at the red carpet premiere of Creed III from the TCL Chinese Theater in Hollywood and special behind-the-scenes content.
Creed III is the latest entry to the Creed franchise, itself a spinoff from Sylvester's Rocky franchise. But when his childhood friend Damian comes back into his life after a lengthy prison term in search of the chance to win a title in boxing, what once was a friendly rivalry has evolved into something more than just a fight.
Michael B. Jordan once is back as Adonis Creed, but also will be making his directorial debut in the movie. Creed III also stars Tessa Thompson as Bianca, Jonathan Majors as Damian, Wood Harris as Tony, Mila Davis-Kent as Adonis and Bianca's daughter Florian Munteanu in the role of Viktor Drago and Phylicia Rashad as Mary Anne Creed. Sylvester Stallone is not set to be the next Rocky Balboa.
The majority of the sequences in the film were film in IMAX this is the reason the reason they're holding these exclusive IMAX screenings. Of course the fact that it's an IMAX screening implies that tickets could be pricer than normal and a quick glance at the prices showed the range was between $15 and $20. Not to be overlooked, a handful of AMC Theaters will be hosting screenings in New York and Los Angeles and this means that the theater chain's new seat pricing policy, Sightline, is going to be implemented during this unique event.
