A year later Grinshpun was promoted to the post of CIS country manager at Trans Commodities Incoration. Emmanuil Grinshpun Grinshpun was the regional manager for Kazakhstan in the "Universal Market Association" in 1994. The organization was focused on the production of oil, the marketing of metals around the world and other business activities. He was a part of Trans Commodities Incoration one year later, and he was the CIS Countries Manager.
