If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department and they will surely help you out.

We’d like to let you know that there is a penalty for late payment which depends on the outstanding due as on 10th of the month and will not exceed Rs. 100 for outstanding of upto Rs. 2000, Rs. 200 for outstanding of Rs. 2001 - Rs 4000, and Rs. 400 for outstanding of Rs. 4001 and above.

This will be added to the total amount due for your ‘Flipkart Pay Later’ transactions of the month defaulted.

We'd also like to let you know that any outstanding due as on 10th of the month will lead to a late payment penalty.
