Здравствуйте. Почти всю сознательную жизнь у меня есть одна проблема: рассказываю всё и всем. Не в смысле сплетен о ком-то другом, а о своих проблемах, своей личной жизни, своих успехах и т.д. Буквально не могу удержать язык за зубами, когда кто-то спрашивает, как у меня дела. И если раньше мне это не доставляло никаких проблем, т.к. я была ребенком, у которого в принципе и не могло быть каких-то вещей, о которых лучше молчать, то сейчас моя болтливость стала для меня катастрофой. Мало того, что из-за этого у меня очень напряженные отношения с моей лучшей подругой, которая считает, что я слишком люблю поныть или похвастаться(зависит от того, о чем я рассказываю), так еще моя личная жизнь обсуждается теми, с кем я даже не общаюсь. Понятно, что до них это доходит через тех, кому я "проболталась". И я понимаю, что доверять всё могу только парочке самых близких людей, но каждый раз говоря себе не обсуждать что-то с "неблизкими" людьми, я беру и срываюсь, начиная снова всё рассказывать. Не для того, чтобы похвастаться или получить поддержку и совет, а потому, что не могу держать всё в себе. И очень потом жалею. Пожалуйста, скажите, как побороть эту чрезмерную болтливость? Как перестать рассказывать о личном всем подряд?
