They would never guess that just the night before she was wishing death upon herself thinking that she was made a mistake and that no on would miss her for long. They will never know because every. single. day. She puts on a mask and goes on about her day as if she isn't dying. They will never know that this isn't the first or last time this will happen. And the part that breaks her is that no one noticed how years back her eye lost their shine and how the smile has just gotten faker and faker. No one cares enough to look past her mask and see that she really isn't the happy care free girl everyone knows her to be. But shes trying. Shes trying to move past, trying to get the shine back. She hasn't given up yet and that's why she gets up everyday and hopes that she will get through the day. She will not lose this battle. She will be the girl she used to be. She will stop putting on a mask. Eventally. Until then shes going to fight, and win. Never give up, everyday is a battle and everyday she gets stronger.
