Notes

So, Hi guys. It is my first wargame, so I ask you to forgive my little potental Errors.


General Rules/hints:
1. Be Realistic.
2. Declarations of war are not allowed untill 1938. In order not to wait like 24 turns to be able to declare war first 4 turn will be 1.5 years each. After that turns will be 3months. Why I decided to do so you will see in next points.
3. You all start with 0 army and military tech. But because of 6 years of peace you will be able to prepare strong armies.
4. As we are in the last part of Great Depression you should reinforce your economy.
5. There will be a zooho doc where I will insert your armies. Still, for instance even if there is only one Topic for „Heavy tanks” this doesnt mean that I will consider Italian Heavy Tanks as good as German ones. This is just for numbers, not for quality.
6. Well, it is not a rule, but still, I hope I wont see more than 2 superpowers in same Alliance, it is not forbiden, but still.


Army Recruitment rules:
1st dont give me recruitment plans for more than 1 turn. I am nota gonna take care of them. (except navy which requiresmore than 1 turn)
In the Zoho doc you have statistic for your country population.

2. So your army shouldnot be bigger than 8% of your population during peace, unless you want your economy to suffer. During Wartime you can have like 20% of your nation mobilised into army (still it will cause troubles to economy). In extreme cases you can recruit more than even half of your population (like in defence of Berlin when even kids and women fought)
Still a % of like 3% active army during peace time sounds very ok.

2. I have to slightly edit your Tech production, cause after turn 1 I saw you produce too much tanks, aircraft and shit using the old system, so:

Countries with Population bigger than 45mln people can produce Every month:
-200 Tanks
-500 Aircraft
-400 artilery
- 2 Submarines
- 2 Small vessels (patrol vessels,torpedoes,mineswepers)
-Building an Aircraft Carrier Requires 1 year, and can be roduce only by UK, Germany and France.
Batleships, destroyers and Cruisers can be build in 3 months.

30-45mln population: ervery month can produce:
-150 Tanks
-450 Aircfraft
-550 Artilery
-1 Submarine
- 1 Samll vessel
- Batleships, destroyers and Cruisers can be build in 6 months

15-30 mln:
-100 Tanks
-350 Aircfraft
-450 Artilery
-1 Submarine
- 1 Small vessel
- Batleships, destroyers and Cruisers can be build in 6 months

with Population betnwee 5 -15mln:
-50 Tanks
-200 Aircfraft
-300 Artilery
-1 Submarine (in 3 months)
- 1 Small vessel ( 3 months)
- Batleships, destroyers and Cruisers can be build in 12 months

with population less than 5mln:
-10 tanks
-50 Aircfraft
-100 Artilery
-1 Submarine ( 3 months)
- 1 Small vessel (3 months)
- Batleships, destroyers and Cruisers can be build in 18 months
