Project ADAM
Phase 1 (Acquisiction phase)
15,000 young children are to be abducted by the Research and Analysis Wing and taken to a number of black sites on Indian Ocean islands. Each family will be compensated with 10,000 dollars per child provided. Each child is thoroughly screen for intelligence, genetics, and natural disposition before they are chosen.

Phase 2 (Indoctrination phase)
During this phase the children will be exposed to intense brainwashing and indoctrination techniques in order to make them completely obedient to the orders of the prime minister of India and to insure that they will not hesitate at all.

Phase 3 (Basic training phase)
In this phase all children will be split up into cohorts of 12 children. They will remain in these groups for their entire career baring unforeseen circumstances. All children will be drilled in physical fitness, marksmanship, military history and other basic soldiering activities. They will also have access to the best nutrition as well as a constant course of performance enhancing drugs and genetic modification using CRISPR. This is the longest as well as the most intensive phase of the program.

Phase 4 (Advanced training phase)
After all soldiers have completed Phase 4 there cohort will be assigned a specialization (e.g. HALO, Combat Diving, Maritime Operations, Mountain Warfare etc.) based on data collected during their entire training period. Each individual is also assigned a specific MOS such as weapons specialist or medical specialist with the best of the best being selected for the elite role of "Seekers". These are highly trained operatives specializing in assassination, counter-intelligence, and infiltration that will be removed from their teams and trained to work on their own as lone operators.

Phase 5 (Assessment phase)
During this phase all A-teams will go through a rigorous series of tests including full scenario missions against other A-teams, Intelligence tests, individual MOS skill tests, and finally military war-game Phoenix. Phoenix is the final test of there education and is a near impossible military war-game with every single variable stacked against the soldiers.

Phase 6 (Graduation phase)
Upon the completion of Phase 6 each A-team will be brought into active service under the direct command of the Indian Prime Minister. They will also receive the best equipment the Army has to offer including powered combat suits.

Total cost for the equipping and training of 10,500 of these soldiers over 18 year is 200 billion dollars this equals 12 billion dollars a year
These soldiers are divided into 850 A-teams and 300 "Seekers"
