I would like give an example of my previous workplace which was a call center , under which we as a call center agents used to call within the different parts of Canada for client's promotional campaign . Different time zones in the Canada were the one of the factor on the basis of which prioritization that which part of the country must be called and when because on the basis of past experiences and observations it was decided that for that specific campaign, calls during evenings are much effective in generating returns rather than other timings.

So , prioritization was done according to the evening of that particular city of the Canada. For example , cities which have time ahead of Winnipeg was started calling during afternoon.

So , It was prioritized as

Must Have - cities which have evening currently must be called.

should have- callers who had asked to call back during specific time should be called.

Could have - cities which might have their local time as 3-4 PM could be called.

won't have- On the basis of past experiences , it was advised that any caller would not be called during the dinner timing during the dinner timing in their respective city because in the past , this practice has offended the targeted audience.

This technique of prioritization has been effective in increasing potential values of the campaigns.
