If you plan to go camping with your children make sure you bring a tablets, laptops, and maybe even your smartphone full of videos

This is something that I have had to learn the hard way. My mom has been in my life all week long to encourage me, reminding me to prepare for this, and to keep that in my mind. I told her only my excitement about going on the first camping trip ever with my kids and grandkids. And here she was exhaling and puffing up with instructions and advice on every scenario. I am not averse to my mom's talking. Even listening to her lectures makes things uncomfortable. Therefore, I attempted to wrap it all up faster than I should. This was a major mistake I realized the next day...or two.

We left the vehicle and headed off to find the campsite. In order to recreate the rural trip my dad had earlier in his life, I chose an area that was remote and was, as it turned out to be later on, was out of service. Our smartphones weren't working, and we were basically the only camping in the area. We're not complaining, I was expecting to have a great trip off working.. We spent 3 days outdoors in the nature setting, surrounded by the natural world.. In less than just 24 hours, we were driving back home.

What happened? What happened? I brought a laptop and some games online. The bag did not take my hands. I had nice backdrop prepared for the trees to view small projectors I brought with me to watch nice big-screen movies. But no Internet to access Hulu and no Netflix or Disney+.. What an absolute mess.. My children were simply unbearable. They would check their email, check their texts, stay on top of their school, etc. It was too much for me and I packed my bags to leave. My kids sound almost like little piglets enjoying delicious food after we came out of the wifi-less zone. I really love my kids. However, it was embarrassing. They squealed and groaned as their phones began to beep to announce incoming text messages.

Since then, I've learned to prepare better and try not to get an internet-less zone, with only a few roaming available. On our long boat ride towards our destination I realized that I needed two tablets and a laptop to keep me entertained. My tablet contains Hulu offline videos on one side, Netflix films on the other. My laptop contains all my music videos and movies. I have about 600 hours of content to watch, including all of the South Park, Friends, and Will & Grace seasons.


I have many videos of kids laughing, which is why I downloaded some Youtube videos. Some videos were converted into the formats of mp3 or mp4. This app on the web allows me to download video directly to my computer. I can then watch them offline anytime I need electricity. I DVR many TV Shows or movies and even seminars on the internet. The video files are saved in format MP4 to my computer. I can then play them back later with VLC or KMP.

4k is another aspect I insist on. Have you watched this? Video is clear, truly amazing. I highly recommend.
