The Delaware court refused Fox's appeal to dismiss the suit. The judge rejected the request. Dominion filed a lawsuit against Fox to the tune of $1.6 billion, and requested that the judge resolve the matter. Dominion asserts that Fox spread a variety of falsehoods that were later proved to be false.
