1.rinse the rice until the water is clear 3-4 times.
2. leave the rice to sit for 15-20 in cold water
3. depending on how much rice thats how much water you put (200 grams rice , 200 ml of water). boil the rice and water. after it boils keep the flame at the lowest level for 10 minutes with the lid on top.
4.the rice vinegar, needs to be mixed with a tbps of sugar and teaspoon of salt. put in microwave 1-2 minutes until crystals dissolve.
4. put rice in a big container. for 250 grams of rice, you need 80 ml of vinegar . mix the hot vinegar with the rice until the vinegar is obsorbed.
6. place the rice on the seaweed with wet fingers. leave some space to roll it. put either cucumber, salmon, avocado or what you prefer on top and roll it. when you slice it, use a wet knife.
