2. PM & PO should divide tasks into small pieces.
3. During the sprint, all tasks should be discussed in detail with the team. For this, we may count extra work time.
4. PO (client) should respect the estimates of the team.
5. We should define a demo day. Demo day should be once 1 or 2 weeks. For this, we may count extra work time.
6. If the employee doesn't work (day off) we will decrease the sprint time or we will replace the resource if possible.
7. If the task modifies during the sprint we will re-calculate the sprint time with new estimates.
8. When giving estimates for a task we should include review/test time as well.
9. Bugs should be considered as a task and should be included inside the sprint.
10. If during the sprint we understand that there are black boxes and estimate was not accurate then this should be discussed with PM and reported to PO and the sprint will be recalculated.
11. Daily meetings (max 15 minutes) are respected.
12. We should declare sprint planning time (2-3 hours) and try to follow this.
13. During the sprint, we should do a retrospective and discuss if there were any issues/problems.
