For the return reason- Defective, provide the committed by date to the customer
5. Customer enquires about associating with Flipkart as a logistics partner or taking logistics franchise. What needs to inform customer and what will be the tagging?
Inform that the person interested in associating with Flipkart as a logistics partner or taking logistics franchise can write an email to [email protected] with all the primary details like Name, Contact number, Type of business, Handling capacity, Preferred Location(s) of operation

6. Customer asking for the refund status and on checking is SA refund is showing completed and Transaction is Void. What needs to inform customer?
For credit card transactions, if the transaction status is VOID in Payzippy/Smart Assist, it means we have not received the payment from PG and NO REFUND
will be done for such transactions. And there won't be any ARN/RRN for such transactions
Educate the customers to check their credit card statement, the amount will not be deducted for such transactions
7. In case customers contact stating that refund is not credited to his/her account. On checking is SA refund is in requested' state and the refund amount are showing as zero on SA. What needs to inform customer?
Wait till aug 26 he will get sms and mail with refund details>>>>>Refund related enquiry >>> Refund status enquiry
8. Customer wants to make changes to the Invoice. What will be tagging for the scenario? Wants to change the billing address
