If you are to take the dice to symbolize the fine tuning parameter then take the the early entropy for example.

We do not assume that any side is more likely because of how ad hoc that is. It is like asking how do you know that if I flip a coin, then it will not be more likely to get heads than tails.

Your objections to the premise are weak and have been refuted in my post already. It does not matter that we do not know prior to the plank time because most scientific proofs given for this premise are not based on the big bang model. And the rest of the arguments are philosophical. Take Al Ghazali's impossibility of an actual infinite, this argument has 3 premises.
P1) If something entails logical contradiction then it can not exist
P2) An actual infinite leads to logical contradictions
Conclusion 1) An Actual infinite can not exist
P3) If the universe is past infinite, then it would have an actual infinite set of past events
Conclusion 2) But since an actual infinite can not exist and so can not an actual infinite set of past events, then
