The founder has a mother, that he find really inspiring because she helped many folks (homeless people/people in hard situations). She inspired him to become a doctor, which he actually succeed in doing because he became an osteopath. (evoking emotions, and also telling them that he is an expert in his field). He was living 1h and a half from his university, so each day he had to take the train to get there, he was really tiresome and he often had some nap. One day, he discovers the neck pillow thanks to one of his university friend that had his dad producing the actual product and he decided to buy one for himself. Then one day, he was on the train, wearing it, and he started to conversate with a man about it, he socializes with this man and had a great time. He ends up giving him away from the product. A few weeks later he was still talking with him about the products and giving him some advice (showing the relationship and the customer quality of the support). Please stay really human, talk almost like by text messages or like in a conversation, if the text sounds too professional it would not catch ppl attention. Keep the same writing style than in the last story that i've asked you to do, shorten your sentences, don't make big paragraphs. Remeber that it's made to be readable on the go.
