Pawn shop: 2-5pm (At this time, the Horologist would be present too)

Street Performer is only around at 11pm. He is part of the story.
Beggar is around form 6am-5pm. See cinema notes.
Office is on from 6-8pm.
Guide on how to beat the level:
1. Follow tutorial
2. Exit hotel & go to the top of the town hall and speak to horologist. You should get a rachet handle.
3. Go to the clock tower, switch time to 8pm and enter hotel to take mug.
4. Switch time to 10pm, go into Café and talk to the owner. You should get a party hat.
5. Switch time to 8pm and enter the Town Hall. Speak to the Host to enter, then the Judge to collect the money.
6. Switch time to 11pm and talk to the Street Performer. He should request for a new trumpet.
7. Switch time to 5pm and buy the trumpet in the Pawn Shop.
8. Go back to the Street Performer again and he should tell you where the hotel keys are.
9. Switch time to 6am and talk to the baker. You should get a request for apples and flour.
10. Switch time to 9am and talk to the grocer. Take the apples then move upstairs and take the flour.
11. Go back to the baker again. You should receive $0.25.
12. Go to the Café and talk to the dweller. (Tell him a joke) You should now have $0.50.
13. Switch time to 8pm and enter the office. Take the $0.25. You should now have $0.75.
14. Switch time to 5pm and sell the mug to the hotel owner. You should now have $1.
15. Buy the hotel keys in the Pawn Shop and return to your room. You win!
Optional step:
16. Switch time to 12pm and go to the top of the Pawn Shop. Speak to the Soothsayer and take the blue coin!
