SVD theorem

SVD kan je gebruiken om "concepten" te ontwaren uit een matrix. Stel je hebt een matrix met
op de rijen mensen, op de kolommen films, de waarden zijn de scores die de mensen aan de films geven
1 is slecht, 5 is goed. Wat je dan met SVD kan doen is die matrix opsplitsen in een matrix U, Sigma en Vt, waarbij U een hoge, smalle matrix is, Sigma een diagonale matrix (non-negatives op de diagonale as) en Vt een lage, brede matrix. U is een concept-naar-film matrix, Sigma is de sterkte van de contepten en film-naar-concept matrix. Je kan dus correlatie ontwaren tussen de 2 assen en de waarden.


ik wil gewoon weten of de *structuur* van een muziekstijl (genre-boom) in de tekst doorschijnt. Dat suggereert dus een soort semantische boom die de genre boom spiegelt.
