60 ml oliwy (4 łyżki) lub roztopionej margaryny
1 szklanka ulubionego mleka (np owsianego lub koziego)
7 g (1 łyżeczka) suszonych drożdży
2-3 łyżki miodu lub cukru
szczypta soli
morele lub inne owoce
4-5 łyżek cukru pudru
5 łyżek zmielonych w blenderze płatków owsianych
2 łyżki mąki
olej lub oliwa
Zmieszać mąkę z drożdżami, solą i cukrem. Dolać letnie mleko i oliwę, wyrobić. Ciasto drożdżowe na placek nie musi być idealne, tak jak na bułeczki, może być luźne i lekko lepkie. Zostawić w ciepłym miejscu do wyrośnięcia (podwojenia objętości) około godziny. Wyrobić i przełożyć do blaszki 20x30 cm. Odstawić na pół godziny do wyrośnięcia. Morele umyć i przekroić na pół. Przygotować kruszonkę: zmieszać wszystkie sypkie składniki i po troszku dolewając olej zagnieść sypką kruszonkę. Na cieście układać przepołowione morele, posypać kruszonką i piec ok. 25-30 minut w 180°C.
