Querido amigo hoy me gustaría que habláramos de temas un poco más personales, actualmente se están dando cada vez más casos de depresión, y de intentos de suicidio. A mí en lo personal el saber esto me produce mucha tristeza, saber que alguien la está pasando mal y que no pueda ser ayudado como se debe o que por otro lado la persona quiera buscar a alguien, pero por miedo a que no lo entiendan, no lo haga.

Me gustaría saber cuál es tu opinión sobre todo esto. Te dejare unas preguntas y tu tienes la libertad de responderlas si gustas o por el contrario de no responderlas si crees que son muy personales.
1- ¿Cómo crees que podemos ayudar, a las personas que están pasando por depresión sin importar el nivel que tengan de esta?
2- ¿Has conocido a alguien con depresión?
3- ¿Porque crees que actualmente los padres no quieren hacer caso y prefieren ignorar la situación cuando sus hijos presentan algún tipo de problema?
4- ¿Que palabras le dedicarías y consejos le darías a alguien que actualmente sufre de depresión?
