When I started there was no organized dev process for ab testing, lot of manual repetitive work, minimal documentation
Jira process was very tedious, manual
We were given a platform, Optimizely, which we thought was not ready to solve use cases
Marketing landing pages were manual, prices hardcoded, incosistent coding without standards leading to lots of errors affecting customers, lack of inventory.
So I came up with a proposal.
