i know this is only my third week, and things will change, but i thought i'd share what i've seen so far and I just wanted to gage how this would go in the future.
- i want to be involved with o-week talks, it would help me in my job even just to sit in - for example you guys were talking about hierachy of phrases like "lets get your super organised" or something, it's not great to be out of the loop
- i feel kinda without support in this role, it's not really what i expected - went into the job thinking i would be a part of the o-week conversations.
- a lot of what I'm doing would be improved if they were discussed in a group situation - this O-week email copy is extremely important and it would be good to go through this with more people.
- i'm having a difficult time adjusting to sydney
- still a very recent graduate and I feel like i need mentoring
- i want to prove myself in this job but i'm finding it hard to be useful sometimes
