I would like to be promoted to Helper to help make our community and network a better place for players, I would like to act as a role model for others aspiring to be part of the moderation team, in addition to, I would provide a positive attitude to the team.


I have had previous moderation experience on this network, I was previously a Helper for 3 1/2 months and had gotten demoted, since then, I have corrected my mistakes and have gradually become more mature in scenarios like these, I have also had experience of "part-time" moderating in real life scenarios, I have been a teen mentor in a theatre camp.

If a player is flooding chat, I would verbally warn them, such as saying, "Please do not flood chat.", if the user continues, I will warn the user for flooding chat or ignoring staff, even if the user ignores my warning, I will mute the user for 1-3 hours depending on severity. I would also gather evidence, (screenshots, etc.) of the punishments I had given just to have proof if the user makes a punishment appeal.

If a user is being rude to another player, I would evaluate what the user is saying first, such as deciding whether or not the user is being severely rude. After evaluating, I would tell the user to be nice as a verbal warning. If the user continues, I will warn them, if continued, I will evaluate the scenario once again, and warn the user being rude for at least 2 hours depending on severity for rudeness. Then, if the scenario goes out of hand, I will tell anyone who is involved with the topic to drop it.

I am active on the network for at least 4-5 hours a day.

I am quite active on TeamSpeak and have access to go online whenever is needed.

If a user is continuously shooting someone else in a Murder game, I would first look to see how many times the user has been shooting others, if it was more than 3 times, I would verbally warn the user, saying not to mass random others, since it ruins the game for others. If continued, I would kick the user, and get evidence by recording, if continued again by the same user, I would ban the user for one day.

If a user is spamming chat, I would warn the user for spamming and gather evidence. If continued, I would mute the user for 1-3 hours depending on severity.

If I do not know how to handle something by myself, I will certainly gather evidence, and send it to a staff member with more knowledge than me, (such as a Mod or Sr. Mod.)

If a user is swearing in chat, I would warn the user for swearing or for inappropriate language, if continued, I would mute the user for 3-5 hours depending on severity, on the other hand, if the user was being homophobic or racist, I would screenshot the user's messages and send them to a Moderator.

If a user makes a punishment appeal against me I would evaluate if the punishment was valid in the situation or if the punishment I had given out was needed, if the user is not right about their claim, I would deny their accusation and not lift the punishment and would provide the user with the evidence I have collected of them breaking certain rules and why the punishment was valid.
