The difference between a learners permit and an operators license would be, the learners permit is able to receive it at the age of 15 with the guidance is an adult older than 21, but with the operators license you have to at least be 16 and have had the learners permit for at least 6 months with actually driving about like 40 hours.

The test is called Class E knowledge test. the minimum requirements would be that your parents approve and have signed a consent form, proof that they have completed and passed the TLSAE course ass well as the class E knowledge test.And with all of these requirements you have two be 15 years old.

The test that would have to be completed would be the Driving Skills Test

it would have too be 50 hours and out of those 50 hours 10 of them would have to be driving at night.

Effects of Alcohol and Drugs

1 Explain three ways you can get home safely, without getting behind the wheel, if there are drugs or alcohol in your system.

A. You can take the bus home, or call someone to take you home

B. Another way would be to bring a friend or family member that will not drink and be able to drive home safely.

C. You can take a taxi or even and uber (with caution or a person with you) to arrive home safe


2 Explain three ways you can get home safely if the friend you rode with has drugs or alcohol in his or her system and you prevent him or her from getting behind the wheel.

A. driving them home to where it is safe

B. Drive hime to my own home and take care of hime making sure he won’t make bad choices until he is fully aware and sober

C. call one of his friends and or family member to help him and drive him home

my parents would want me to drink responsibly or not drink at all, and call them or someone that they find responsible to drive me home and advise them that I’m safe and that they are taking me home.
