1. Fullstack choice should be a JS based. (No PHP / Larvel / Java )
2. For DB, it should be a NoSQL DB (like MongoDB, CouchDB, CasandraDB)
3. UI / Frontend should be a JS framework, no UI libraries. But you can use UI libraries as a supporting entity such DOM manipulation.
4. Entire solution / your applicaiton should be hosted. There should be no local machine dependency, including your Database.
5. Only working features on your application will fetch points, a broken features won't fetch points.
6. Having a UI theme and User friendly interface, which does not tend to confuse the User, would gain more points.
7. Unit test cases should be written for UI and backend services would be added extra points.
8. Integrating CI will be a plus.
9. Integrating code coverage (like Sonar Cube) will be plus.
10. Version controller should be git and the README should highlight all the features team has implemented, basic flow, project setup and other related topics.
11. Having linting rules, for code quality.
12. Participants are free to choose any IDE
