in tael 1 I've experienced some bitter-sweet experience as an individual or as a group. At first coming in as a individual with a completely different backgrounds as my other team member is hard. Me majoring in design felt left out at that time. feeling that the lack of contribution would cause me to be left out is in fact wrong. As a group i learn that none of the team mate should be left out if they show some team effort. Another lesson that i learnt is that every aspect and different backgrounds do collide into making a beautiful teamwork. For me instance designing stuff seems unrelated to entrepreneurial works. But at the end the remote needs to be design and i take part for that purpose.

And for my individual experience i learn that we have to be patient to those who are not contributing at all. for some of the special casses where's the team's mates is not working at all. We have to see her reasoning behind it. if it's not acceptable then we can proceed to the further action.

My team is BEEP which is a device connected remote that can control motorcycles. And I'm in charge of the marketing as a (MO) which is a marketing officer that would promote BEEP through out social media such as instagram twitter and facebook
