Dengan hormat,
Bersama dengan surat ini saya selaku Manager dari Vampire Village, dengan ini bermaksud untuk mengajukan surat pengunduran diri dari jabatan yang saya pegang di St. Vladimir Academy terhitung mulai bulan Januari dikarenakan jadwal mun saya yang akan pindah ke asrama(?). Sehingga tidak memungkinkan untuk online.
Saya sangat berterima kasih kepada semua pihak St. Vladimir Academy yang telah memberikan kesempatan saya bekerja dan juga kepada guru dan manager lain yang sudah banyak membantu saya dalam bekerja. Saya juga memohon maaf bila ada kesalahan baik itu pada Akademi maupun pada guru-guru. Saya berharap Akademi dapat memahami kondisi saya.
Besar harapan saya St. Vladimir Academy menemukan pengganti saya yang lebih baik dan juga lebih sukses lagi untuk kedepannya.
