In the morning
The team can arrive anytime between 7 and 9am and leave anytime after 4pm. Exceptions can be made if someone decide to take half an hour lunch instead of an hour. For example start at 8am, take 30mins lunch and leave at 4.30pm. This is not something we encourage but we can be flexible with it.
- Check how many people is in
- Check how many cases are in the queue, how many unclassified and how many cases the team has assigned.
If the team have more than 10 it is better if they clean the queue in the first 1-2 hours. This include any escalations they might need to raise.
