10 minuti di riscaldamento, 5 minuti di stretching= allunga bene i quadricipiti e i polpacci, appoggiandoti sul muro o su un palo sali 10 volte su e giù dalle punte lentamente, poi fai 3 allunghi di 50m in progressione
4 x 20 metri andature sugli avampiedi e sui talloni (eseguire un tratto di 20m circa in andata sugli avanpiedi e ritorno sui talloni)
5 x 20 reps rullatina da fermo in stazione eretta a gambe dritte; recupero 1’
5 x 20 metri rullatina in avanzamento; recupero tornando camminando fino alla partenza;
5 x 40 calciata dietro (concentrandosi sull'appoggio a terra dell'avanpiede e sul richiamo posteriore della gamba e del piede verso i glutei, femore perpendicolare a terra); recupera camminando fino alla partenza
5 allunghi da 50 m*
Alla fine concludi con un po' di stretching come hai fatto all'inizio
* Per allungo intendo una partenza lenta che diventa veloce dopo 20-30 m dalla partenza, e poi cominci a rallentare 5 secondi dopo aver raggiunto la velocità di crociera, il tutto deve essere effettuato con un passo slanciato, non devi forzare
