1. Mengumpulkan absen perhari ke moroi area dan ke room counselor. Jadi setiap hari 30 menit sebelum pelajaran. Akan dibuka absen.
Format absen di room adalah Uname - id - hadir/izin. Tugas C/VC adalah merangkum semua absen di roomnya.
2. Mengirimkan rekap absen per minggu
Format pengumpulan :
Total kelas - Uname - id - berapa kali masuk kelas - berapa kali izin (pelajaran apa saja yang izin) - tidak absen
Contoh :
(total 10 kelas) @vxmpgurl - M-38505 - 9x masuk kelas - 2x izin (eb dan me) - 0x tidak absen
Dan dikumpulkan via link (notes.io atau justpaste.it) ke dm sekretaris moroi serta acc moroi area.
3. Mengkoordinir rangkuman dari roomnya. Akan ada jadwal untuk merangkum di @MoroiCRoom . Disitu akan tertera siapa yang akan merangkum pada hari tersebut. C/VC diusahakan memiliki dan membuat jadwal siapa yang akan merangkum disesuaikan dengan jadwal yang room mreka dapatkan. Agar masing masing penghuni room memiliki tanggung jawab dan tidak mengandalkan satu orang. Rangkuman dikirim ke dm @moroiCroom
4. Untuk Kas, C/VC membantu mengingatkan pembayaran kasnya untuk setiap anggota room setiap bulan. Format pembayaran kas bisa lihat di pinned acc @moroisva_kas
5. Menyebarkan informasi yang penting penting dari teel kesini. Menyangkut SVA, seperti informasi dari akun utama atau para guru serta lead.
6. Setiap tugas yang kalian kerjakan tentunya akan ada reward. Nah room yang paling aktif dan tepat waktu juga akan diberi reward oleh matrona.
7. Jangan meremehkan rules atau menganggap enteng rules, akan ada sanksi/detensi yang berlaku.
