Well, I'm the player that can help players around SAUR and I could be helpful for this community with my English and knowledge about SAUR, I'm the only one that can do everything with his own work.
I've been in serious groups like now, it means I've got enough reputation to be staff and I'm the one that has the ability to work in the discipline, I can help players on support chat, forums or something like that. I could have a great relationship with SAUR players because I think I'm calm and kind enough so there is nothing I can't do.
My point on SAUR is being helpful to all players and I have excellent communication skills so I directly could be helpful to you all. I'm pretty sure about this, I'm the right guy to be staff because I have the necessary skills required for this job and I have a positive attitude and I'm honest. I can learn something quickly so I'm a quick learner.

Well, this is the last question at application so I'd be honest to you as always.

I'm the well-known player by this community so I can come up with great ideas that can improve SAUR and make it better, I'm the guy that you can trust on.

I've also translated F3 with Lastro, it means I can speak/understand English.
I'd do more stuff to be more helpful to the this community!
