ile Central Avenue arasındaki 99. Cadde ve Başarı Bulvarı'nda kuruldu. Yetkiler Makamları, Ağustos 2012'de 99 Mafia Crips'in yaklaşık 100 üyesine sahip olduğuna inanıyordu. Bu çetenin doğu
tarafı ("Doğu Yakası 99 Watt Mafia Crips") ve batı tarafı ("Batı Yakası 99 Mafia Crips") var. Doğu tarafının sınırları güneyde Century Bulvarı, batısında 98. Sokak, batıda Central Boulevard ve Doğu
Los Angeles'ta doğuya Success Avenue'dir. West Side 99 Mafia Crips West Los Angeles'ta 99. cadde ve Budlong Caddesi civarında yoğunlaşıyor. Her iki set de, zaman zaman meydana gelen şiddetli
flareuplarla açıkça görülen kendi bağımsız ve ayrı çeteleri olarak düşünülür [1]. Her iki çetenin üyelerinin de Crips ile ilişkili geleneksel mavi renk ile birlikte sarı veya altın giyim eşyaları sporu yaptığı biliniyor.
