she is commiting conversion as well . just because you find or have information about sonething you want...and the other person doesnt know abiut it to defend it doesnt mean you are entitled to it. it shows bad faith. she knew i wouldnt take picture of her digging in my yard rudely stating that she was placing a french drain along our property line right over the arwa in which we found the brick. keep in mind we had no clue we had a seepage pit. we knew we had a septic system and ut was ubder our stairs ( mark up pictures showing tank under stairs. she was damaging our tree as well that is protected- when i told her i was worried about the tree to try yo get hef to stop, that it was being flooded she stated that those trees actually loved water and were thriving in the creek where more watef was prevalant. she failed to see that she was feeding it detergent... no beuno. claiming i am calling her work ??? and nedicating her dog ( yes one tine i wemt and bought a bottle glucosime for copper when i saw he was suffering from arthitis. she gladly took it. months and months later her husband approached me with copper, who had his mouth ripped off and was hanging. he said laurarefused to treat the dog. i was attached to him from his many visits to our hone . he was the neughborhpod wandering dog who would escape through eating a through her rence to socialiE with people. at that moment , if i had bad intentions i would have called animal control and the dog would be taken away- i would not have to steal a dog ... - instead i plead to the anomal rescue comminuty ( which can be full of nuts and emtionally and mentally unstable indixudualx who need to rescue their emtional state before helping any animal as rhey deter hood rescuers from the cause by their attacks etc) i was alreasy disgusted with laura from lack of sleep due to lauras fighting and copper barking all night everynight, her husband always hidjng from her in my yard and in my basement and the polices constant visits due to her instigating fights then playing victim. ( police recirds) so i asked a woman to talk to her and cordinate things with her to linikize cobtact witg her but to help copper. i did not realize that this person was imfamous for causing trouvle in the rescue community and particpated ingang like stalking of individuals whom they deemed "bad animal rescuers" or rather easy prey. Lisa imeesitakg started causing trouble on epic levels telling laura i wanted to steal her dog, and i hated her. $600 later copper was fixed ib large part to my dear friend dana whom paid up front the cost of the treatmebtcsobcoppers suffering subsided- while we collected donated to help curb danas out if pocket costs. laura began taking pictures of my home and dog. she started to call animal control on me and saw a small window of opportunity to clam i left to mexico and left my dog with no food shektet or water wheni was right doen the street vositib my mom and my dog is always inside- it happened to be monsune weather and it did rain alittoex of warm rain. harley did have shelter but the crate i had for her to go inside of needed to be close on four sides. aweek later we complied, sawing 4,cuts to plafe on acrate my inside dog would necer use - she immediatly called the pokice to report an obsxuee code of dont maje noise on subday. we sawed one more peice bc we had to finish ut, snd she calked again ranting to the police officer who told ne it was her. when she called animal conteol on me and my other good neighjirscalled ne to tell me laura was trying yo have animal control take my dogs i was there in 5 minutes. she came flyingvout of the house ranting and raving calling me names saying i better moce , i was ob welfare and i would be sorry. she had also tries to stir the pit lisaalresay stirred by tellinv lisaher husband left her because of me. the reality was... her husband had actualky had a severe meth problem( we sawhim snokubg aglass pipe in the backyard ( with his son in the yard.) and had robbed kidnapped and stole a victins car and apparently was sentences ti 10 years.dhe redirextes her fury in life she direxted on him so vioigavtky and redirected it on us. she began to work from home ( unpermittee) snd for once in 2+ years began to take notice we loved to care for our yard, she did not like tgat in hindsight witg what she ended up doing. the only tine before that that i had ever even seenher on the propertu line, easement or that botton portion of land was to place rhar "french srain" that cioncudently went right over our seepage pit, where soneone had opebdd the concrete of our seepage pit and placed a brick there so water coupd seep imyo our pit.
