Hello, I am emailing because I recently had a very frustrating and infuriating experience with trying to purchase one of your products for delivery. I purchased a Bowflex for $849 plus delivery charge on Nov 14th. At the time I was given some dates to choose for delivery and I chose delivery for Dec 7th. I received an email to confirm that the Bowflex had been shipped over a week ago and that someone would call me the evening before to confirm delivery time but I received no such call Dec 6th.
So I called customer service Dec 6th to inquire as to what is going on, is it going to be delivered Dec 7th and inquired about the time window of delivery. I spoke to two of your customer service reps and over the course of 40 minutes I was assured that the bowflex would be delivered Dec 7 between 9am to 1pm. The customer service rep told me that she was emailing the delivery dept to confirm this delivery (they were closed at the time) and that I would get a follow up call today to confirm delivery. It is now 4:30 pm and I have heard NOTHING yet.
I was given a "corporate customer service" number to call if there were issues still since I was inconvenienced and yet when I called today I still had to go through the order desk. Currently I have been waiting 20 minutes to speak to someone and I have no idea how long until I am able to speak to someone. I am NOT impressed.
Now after waiting 30 minutes I was disconnected before speaking to anyone and have to start all over again.
After yet another call to your customer service line I am now waiting for a call back from one of your managers. At that time I will inform the manager that if I do not receive the Bowflex today I am cancelling my order since you guys can't seem to get your act together. The next time I need to buy something for my home I will bypass Sears, the aggravation is just not worth it.
Congratulations you've lost a $1000 sale.
