2 dl Dansuker Lys Sirup
2 1/4 dl Dansukker Sukker
200 g smør eller margarin
1 stort egg
2 ts malt kryddernellik
1 ts malt ingefær
1 ts malt kanel
ca. 8 dl hvetemel
1 1/2 ts natron
Glasur
4 dl Dansukker Melis eller Dansukker Melis med sjokoladesmak
1 eggehvite
2 krm eddiksprit
Kos deg med barna, og bak fine julepyntkaker! Bruk enten kjøpeformer, maler som kan skrives ut her eller dine egne sjablonger i papp til figurene. Når juledamene og julemennene, stjerner og hjerter - eller hva dere enn finner på av former - er ferdige, kommer det aller morsomste: La barna pynte kakene!
Smelt smør, sukker og sirup. Rør til det er avkjølt. Tilsett egget. Løs opp natronet i litt vann, og rør det inn sammen med krydderet. Tilsett melet. Arbeid sammen deigen, og la hvile over natten. Kjevle deigen tynt ut, og stikk ut figurer. Stek ved 200 °C i ca. 8 minutter.
