Не понимаю одного момента во второй мировой войне - какова роль императора Японии во всей этой "заварушке"?
Много раз натыкался на то, что император в Японии в то время почти не влиял на внешнюю политику страны, а влияли армия и "дзайбацу" . Я просто не совсем понимаю как это работает, император - чуть ли не божественная фигура в те времена, не мог удержать армию? Армия захватывает Маньчжурию без предупреждения правительства, а Хирохито ничего не может с этим сделать? Какова была его роль в Японии того времени и как он повлиял и повлиял ли вообще на ход В. М.
