Hi Bianca,

Thanks for getting back to me. I did get in Contact with Dante from West Virginia tonight and I am left even more unsure of where and when my package will get to me. He said that he didn't have them in stock and will be forwarding the request to the next store in your system, which annoys me because the original store I ordered from (The Robinson Township ------), according to your website, has 18 of these _______ currently in stock. Along with several other stores in the area having a few in stock which should have been more than enough to fulfill my order. If I had known that there would be none in the area and it wouldn't be able to be shipped on time, I wouldn't have chosen this item or I wouldn't have made the order at all.

I am also very frustrated at the fact that your system didn't put a red flag on my order, its very clearly been delayed and I would have appreciated some sort of notification that something was wrong with the order. I shouldn't have to go asking what happened when the original email promised the order would be processed within 24 hours. I had been giving you folks the benefit of the doubt (because of holiday shopping its probably been crazy) but at this point its too late for me to go out and find another gift. If I had found out last week, I would have had last weekend to fix the problem. And clearly its been bouncing from store to store for days, its not like this is a weather, storm related delay, this is a problem with your system and a seriously hope you find a way to fix it.

I do appreciate you getting back to me and having Dante from West Virginia call me (who was very nice) but at this point I know the package will not be here on time and I will be returning it immediately. Unless you (customer service in general) can pull off some miracle, I regretfully say wont be shopping with ---------- again.
