Just a few days prior to perhaps the biggest match in Lita's entire career, the woman known as the Queen of Extreme was shown in what seemed to be an empty room, although it wasn't. As intimidating as she always were, Lita was not shy in asking one of her former co-workers to help her speak up her mind. In front of her; none other than the incomparable Jim Ross. She wanted this victory more than everything, and she planned on doing everything it took to get back what rightfully belonged to her in the first place. Things got real for her the second that the legendary commentator plugged in his microphone.
"Alright, Lita, I'm going to be very straight up when asking my questions, so I really hope that you can appreciate that." The former champion nodded; being professional was something that she was experienced at doing, which kind of helped her. "First question; are you pissed off by the fact that Charlotte surpassed your record?" Nothing escaped Lita's mouth but a small laugh, it was pretty obvious that she hadn't moved on quite yet, and she had no clue what to do. "Honestly?" She raised up her eyebrow, getting ready to answer the question on everybody's lips. "Definetly. Charlotte barely defended her title one time, against me, and she won, unfairly. The only thing that piece of trash is good at; is playing it dirty. And yeah, I may have used Trish Stratus to gain some of my victories against Charlotte, but I was never as deplorable and weak and idiotic as she was, and always will be. I gave it everything I had to reclaim that title, and trust me, this isn't sour grapes, but the fact that I defended this title, day in, and day out, while she only defended it once; is absolutely disgusting and disrespectful to somebody like me, who single-handedly saved the women's division from the mayhem caused by the most boring champion of all, Sasha Banks. Sasha reminds me of Charlotte; they both get exactly what they do not deserve at all, and they both have been legends during that era when women were doing absolutely nothing on television. I showed up, and suddenly, the women are main eventing RAW, they're main eventing a pay-per-view, and I am confident when I say that I have truly been the woman of the year. Those girls at Smackdown Live, they can say whatever they possibly want, and do you know why? It doesn't even matter that Sasha Banks pinned that disgrace of a wrestler in Bayley, because team RAW emerged victorious, and we completely embarrassed Smackdown's division. Monday Night RAW is the flagship show, and I am readier than ever to be the face of the company once more. To dominate, and conquer against each and every opponent they throw in my way. You, have no idea how much taking that title back would mean to me. I need it more than anything else in the entire world, and trust me, I get whatever I want, because that is what real champions do. Do you remember their old saying? Champions behave like champions long before they are champions. I, took on every single competitor they made me compete against, and although I wasn't always fair during my matches, I did put that title on the line more than anybody ever has. Charlotte didn't do that, she never really acted like a champion. I remember the first day I met her, alongside Sasha, at SummerSlam, where myself and Trinity faced off against the two of them and other two irrelevant douchebags. They carried themselves like they owned the entire world, and somebody, destroyed their empire. That somebody was me, and I went on to become the one and only Woman of The Year. Honestly, who has done more to this division than I have? Walking into this company, the division was dead; after Charlotte put me on the shelf, the division was dead, and I don't care how much blood I have to spill this Saturday in order to become champion again, but I am going full-force towards that win. I don't care about the fact that Sasha is considered a legend; I beat her once, I beat her twice, and I'll beat her once more. Best believe that, because I am what is best for business." With fury in her eyes, and fire in her lungs after the heartfelt speech, the Extreme Deity took a sip of water, waiting for the legendary Jim Ross to ask his next question.
"It's funny you're so confident, since you're one of the biggest underdogs in this match. Either way, my next question is regarding the way you have prepared for this match, tell the world more about that." Once again, Jim's stupid questions made Lita laugh, but she kept that laugh to herself. "I haven't necessarily been preparing for this match; instead, I've been preparing to become the champion. And well, I'm not an underdog. You have no idea how many people have called me that in the past, but it just adds into my fire, and if they think that I cannot win that Women's Championship again, they're completely wrong. Honestly, I'm the complete package, and I'm going to reclaim that title, no matter what I have to do in order to do so."
"Okay, Lita. That's about the time we've had for these questions. Anything more to say?"
"Definetly. Girls, don't try to beat me, because you can't. I am the unstoppable force here in IWL Wrestling, and you better believe that at Roadblock, I'm running through every one of you girls, and taking what rightfully should have been mine in the first place. If you aren't on Team Lita, then you're going to be very upset to realise that the only winner is going to be myself. Now bow down."
